About the Instructor: Jill Garaffa, MS, OTR/L, PCC is a NJ licensed occupational therapist & professional certified life coach that has been in practice for over 26 years. Through combining the science of occupational therapy with the art of life coaching, Jill is able to produce breakthrough results for her clients in the practice of daily self care. Jill’s primary focus with clients is on creating a powerful mind-set which enhances and maximizes quality of life in the areas of career, relationships and health. On a personal level, Jill has 29 years of back to back recovery from disordered eating and has a passion for health & fitness. The techniques she teaches are the same strategies that Jill uses in her own daily life.
