- Warm, cuddly, fuzzy clothes – very soft cotton
- Zip up hoodies or button up shirts (try a hoop earring or paper clip through zipper end)
- Socks with rubber bottoms
- Large neck tank tops or night gowns
- Soft comfortable granny panty underwear or boy shorts (larger size)
- Mastectomy bras and lingerie (LOTS of great lines out there to choose from)
ELECTRONICS
- Headphones or ear buds
- Sleep mask and ear plugs
- Phone charger
- Ipad/Kindle
- Phone
- Essential Oil diffuser
- Electronic Toothbrush with charging station
- Voice recorder if you want to document/journal your experience
TOILETRIES
- Baby Wipes
- Lip Balm (I recommend EOS because they are easy to open)
- Toothpaste and mouthwash
- Soap/Facial/Cleanser (don’t worry about deodorant)
- Tea bags (I recommend “Throat Coat”)
- Essential Oils to diffuse only (no ingestible oils, maybe lemon or peppermint only)
- Cough Drops (I like lemon or ginger suckers)
- Gum/Snacks (is that toiletries?)

- ID/Driver’s License
- Cash (singles for vending machine)
- Debit Card (you can order out for food)
- Health Insurance Card
- Prayer Book/Rosary
- Journal with smooth writing pens (thoughts, questions for doctors, things to research)
- Glasses/contacts/contact solution/contact case

- Long-handled reacher, sock aide and back scratcher
- Pictures of anything that makes you smile
- Fun cup with straw (hospital will provide, but if you want something that makes you smile)
